The data controller is allsun Hotels. The service is operated by Waka Solutions as data processor, on behalf of allsun Hotels.
What data we collect
Your WhatsApp phone number and the content of the messages you send to the assistant, so that we can answer your questions.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your guest inquiries and provide the assistance service. The legal basis is your consent when starting the conversation and the legitimate interest in handling your request.
Retention
We keep conversations only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
WhatsApp and Meta
Conversations are transmitted via WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Meta’s processing is governed by its own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@wakasolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
